Note: You can buy ready-made hamburgers. Or make them yourself. Check this hamburger recipe

Prepare a BBQ or grill with a cast-iron grate for direct grilling and heat until a temperature of 200℃ is reached.

Grill the slices of smoked breakfast bacon until crispy and set aside.

Peel the bananas and cut them first in half lengthways, then halve again crossways.

Grill briefly and hot so that nice grill marks form, but without cooking the banana to a mush.

Remove the banana from the grill and keep warm.

Mix the strawberry jam with the BBQ sauce.

Stir the smoked salt through the peanut butter.

Cut the burger buns in half and toast the bread on the grill.

Season the burgers with salt and pepper (if needed!).

Grill the burgers on both sides until a core temperature of 54℃ for a nice medium rare result. (approximately 4 minutes per side)

Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on the bottom half of the burger buns.

Place the burger on top.

Divide the bacon and grilled banana over the burgers.

Finish with the strawberry jam and BBQ sauce.

Cover with the top half of the burger buns.
